You retain ownership of the data, files, dashboards, and other content you upload, import, or create using DashBreeze ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant DashBreeze a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any data through DashBreeze.

By using DashBreeze, you agree to provide accurate purchase and account information, if you have chosen one of our paid subscriptions. Keep your account and payment details up to date, including email address and payment method. We bill purchases through an online account. Sales tax may be added. Prices can change anytime. Payments must be in USD.

You agree to pay the current prices for your purchases and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. If your purchase involves recurring charges, you consent to us charging your payment method without needing prior approval until you cancel.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received.

All plans are non-refundable. We only provide refunds in the event that you are unable to use or access our service for an extended period due to a technical issue. DashBreeze is free to try and allows publishing dashboards with watermarks, so be sure to test it before purchasing one of our plans.

In cases of upgrade, you will be charged immediately only the difference between your current plan and the new plan you wish to access. In the coming months, the full fee for the plan you selected will be charged.

In cases of downgrade, charges for the new plan will only begin when the billing cycle of your old plan expires. In this case, you will be able to use your current plan until the end of this period. In the next one, you will start using the features available for the plan to which you downgraded.

DashBreeze allows users to create multiple workspaces and explore available features through free usage and trial periods. These limits are designed to allow users to evaluate and use the Service fairly.

You may not create multiple accounts, workspaces, or use trial features primarily to avoid paying for a subscription or to circumvent usage limitations.

If we determine that an account or group of accounts is abusing free access, creating excessive automated activity, or negatively impacting the availability or performance of the Service, we may restrict access, limit usage, suspend, or terminate the affected accounts.

We reserve the right to establish reasonable usage limits or introduce additional restrictions when necessary to maintain the reliability, security, and availability of the Service for all users.

You are exclusively in charge of appropriately terminating your account. Should you require assistance in canceling your account, feel free to reach out to our dedicated Support team. We are here to help and ensure a smooth process for you.

Upon cancellation of your account, all your content will become inaccessible on the Services instantly. Please note that the content will be permanently deleted from our systems, and recovery is not possible once this deletion is completed. Should you wish to export any data before initiating the account cancellation, we recommend reaching out to our Support team for assistance.

If you choose to cancel the Service before the conclusion of your current paid month, your plan will remain active until the end of that month, and no further charges will be incurred.

We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account, denying any current or future use of our Services, at our discretion and without prior notice.

We are committed to upholding our promise to support our Services with a focus on security, privacy, and responsive customer assistance. The prerogative to modify or discontinue any part of our Services, either temporarily or permanently, remains with us and may be exercised with or without prior notice.

Periodically, adjustments to the pricing structure of our products may occur. In the event of pricing changes for existing customers, we commit to providing a minimum of 30 days' notice and will communicate these changes through the email address on record.

Building upon the foundation of our service terms, it's important to emphasize that your utilization of the Services is undertaken at your own risk. We provide these Services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without explicitly offering service-level agreements.

Your data security is paramount to us. We implement a multi-faceted approach involving backups, redundancies, and encryption. Data transmission over the public Internet is strictly enforced to be encrypted, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your information.

The content, design, and functionality of DashBreeze's website, software, and related services are protected by Brazilian and international copyright laws. The Dashbreeze name, logo, and any other trademarks or service marks displayed are the property of DashBreeze.

Permission is hereby granted to users for the sole purpose of utilizing the DashBreeze services in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any other use without the prior written consent of DashBreeze is strictly prohibited.
